Frank Keck is a dynamic speaker, facilitator, and leadership expert who helps people and organizations unlock their full potential by being boldly and authentically themselves. With over 25 years of experience working with leaders, teams, and
associations, Frank blends humor, neuroscience, and real-world strategy to create lasting impact. Whether he’s teaching communication, collaboration, or confidence, Frank’s message is simple: when people feel seen and empowered, they thrive — and so do the organizations they’re part of
Rita Williams-Bogar is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years in corporate America, where she held senior roles across operations, public affairs, HR, and learning and development. As founder of Personal Development Solutions, LLC, she translates that expertise into engaging programs on leadership, ethics, emotional intelligence, and diversity. Rita is a frequent partner to universities and professional organizations, designing courses for higher education institutions and the New Jersey Civil Service Commission. A dynamic speaker, known for her TEDx talk “Surpassing Your Personal Best,” she brings both corporate insight and academic collaboration to every stage.

Heather Blevins is a maverick of insurance education and spoken thought leadership, Heather designs transformative learning programs that challenge convention and elevate industry standards. She joined J.S. Held, LLC in 2024 after 20+ years in the insurance industry, gaining deep expertise across carrier operations, training, consulting, and project management. Heather has also served as an adjunct instructor at Illinois State University and Illinois Wesleyan University, where she brought real-world risk management insights into academic settings. Her rebellious leadership style—rooted in bold innovation and fearless questioning—drives her work, life, and community impact. With a master’s in Learning Design and an alphabet soup of insurance industry designations, Heather continues to disrupt norms and inspire others to lead with authenticity and courage.
Mike is the founder of Born2Lead, LLC, where he’s on a mission to build bold, confident leaders for tomorrow. With more than 45 years in the insurance world, he’s seen it all, and now shares those lessons through engaging presentations, coaching, and his book; Born2Lead: Lessons in Leadership. Mike also teaches in The University of Olivet’s MBA program and speaks nationwide, known for blending humor, real-world wisdom, and a passion for helping people grow. When he’s not mentoring future leaders, you can find him in suburban Chicago with his wife, Deborah, and their three dogs, Wiley, Teddy, and Kevin, who keep him humble (and entertained).

Gregg has over twenty years of comprehensive management, claims, marketing, and consulting experience. His management experience is grounded by first handling 12,500 claims, 350 large claims in 13 states, and hands-on CAT claims leader or team-lead for 39 CAT events. Gregg is an award-winning speaker who has created over 1,700 speaking sessions for over 135,000 attendees. He is passionate about soft (human) skills helping colleagues not just survive but thrive in the AI era.
With 27 years of marketing expertise, Laura Glotzbach has emerged as a powerful advocate for women’s leadership and professional excellence. After working in NYC advertising agencies, she founded LGS Marketing Services 15 years ago, providing clients with unbiased marketing analytics that drive strategic business decisions. Her academic credentials from Rider, Penn State, NYU, Cornell, and Wharton reflect her commitment to continuous learning and growth. As a dedicated champion of women’s advancement, Laura serves on the Rider University Leadership Council and the Delta Phi Epsilon International Governing Board. Her recent induction into the Rider University Business Hall of Fame celebrates her inspiring legacy of supporting women leaders.
Damita Harvey Harris is a community leader with over 20 years of experience in non-profit management, focusing on empowering the community. Ms. Harvey Harris is a Bucks County Community College graduate who later earned a BS in Business Administration from Peirce College and an MS in Education from Holy Family University.
Damita has been with NJM Insurance Group for 21 years and is currently a Senior Talent Development Specialist. She is passionate about leadership development and inviting others to the table, literally and figuratively.
In 2025, she was honored by BCCC with the Martin Luther King, Jr., Leadership Award for Humanitarian Service and the Alumni Award for Community Service. Damita enjoys spending time with her family and a good book.
